RO Operation Process

Detailed process introduction:

Raw water intake: The raw water to be treated is introduced into the reverse osmosis equipment through pipelines.

Pretreatment: The raw water first enters the pretreatment system, where it undergoes coarse filtration through sand tanks, carbon tanks, and other devices to remove large particles, sediment, odors, and residual chlorine from the water.

Precision filtration: After pretreatment, the water enters a precision filter for further removal of minute particles and impurities, ensuring the water quality entering the RO membrane.

RO membrane treatment: Under the action of a high-pressure pump, the water is forced through the RO membrane. The selective permeability of the RO membrane allows water molecules to pass through smoothly, while most solutes and impurities are retained on one side of the membrane, forming concentrated water that is discharged.

Pure water collection: The pure water treated by the RO membrane enters the pure water tank for storage and subsequent use.

Wastewater treatment: The concentrated water is discharged through a wastewater pipeline and can be treated or recovered as needed.
